These terms govern your use of the Geometry AI mobile application (“Geometry AI”, “the App”) provided by Dustin Spyra (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
- Description of the Service
Geometry AI is a geometry and mathematics tutoring application designed to help students understand problems by solving them and guiding them through each step.
By using the App, you can:
capture or upload images of geometry or math problems, such as diagrams, sketches or worksheets
optionally provide text input and/or voice input
receive step-by-step explanations and LaTeX solutions generated with the help of AI
The App may cover topics such as geometry, trigonometry, algebra, calculus and statistics.
The App may use anonymous authentication for usage tracking and abuse protection but does not require creation of a personal account.
Geometry AI is intended for personal and educational use.
- In-App Purchases
Geometry AI may offer optional paid features through the in-app purchase systems provided by Apple and/or Google, depending on the platform on which the App is available.
Available purchase options may include Geometry AI Pro subscriptions, which may be offered on a weekly and/or six-month basis.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed by the applicable store before you complete a purchase.
- Free Usage Limits
Geometry AI may provide limited free usage.
Free usage may currently include, for example:
up to 2 problems per day in total
follow-up questions subject to the applicable daily free-use limits
We may adjust free usage limits from time to time.
Once the applicable free limit is reached, access to additional solves or chats may be restricted until the limit resets or Geometry AI Pro is purchased.
- Subscription Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the rules of the applicable app store.
Apple App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s applicable subscription rules.
Renewal charges are processed by Apple.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Google Play
Payment is charged to your Google account after confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Google Play’s applicable subscription rules.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- Refunds
Purchases and refunds are processed by Apple and/or Google through their respective stores. We do not directly process app-store payments or refunds.

For Google Play purchases, refund eligibility and requests are handled according to Google Play’s applicable refund policies.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
- Acceptable Use
You agree to use Geometry AI only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent or improperly modify the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law
interfere with the operation or security of the App
attempt to bypass usage limits, payment systems or access restrictions
use automated systems to overload or abuse the service
use the App in a way that harms the service, other users or third parties
use Geometry AI for unlawful purposes
- Educational Information
Geometry AI is an educational tutoring tool.
AI-generated answers may be incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect and should be independently checked before being relied upon for coursework, examinations, homework or other important decisions.
Geometry AI does not provide medical, psychological or other professional advice.
- Limitation of Liability
Geometry AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or that AI-generated answers will always be correct.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting solely from:
loss of locally stored data
temporary service interruptions
inaccuracies, omissions or errors in AI-generated explanations
decisions made solely on the basis of information generated by the App
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability under mandatory consumer-protection law.
- Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may update, improve, modify or discontinue features of the App.
We may also update these terms when the service, legal requirements or business model changes.
Where legally required, material changes will be communicated appropriately.
The version displayed with the App or on the associated website is the current version.
- Termination
You may stop using Geometry AI at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of unlawful use, abuse, security risks or serious violations of these terms.
We may also discontinue the App or individual features.
Any mandatory rights relating to existing purchases remain unaffected.
